Hangs is a small team. If something isn't working the way it should, tell us — we actually read it.
My invite code isn't working.
Codes are case-insensitive. Make sure you're entering the full 6-character code exactly as shared. If it still fails, the person who sent it can share a new one from inside the app.
I can't see my group or my friends' availability.
Pull down to refresh on the home screen. If the problem persists, sign out from Settings and sign back in — your data is stored in the cloud and won't be lost.
I'm not getting notifications.
Go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → Hangs and make sure notifications are enabled. Hangs sends nudges when the whole crew is free — notifications are how that magic lands.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Delete Account". This removes your profile and all associated data permanently. Groups you created will also be removed.
